The hotel was conveniently located near a train station, and the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful in providing information about local attractions.

The hotel lacked proper indoor smoking areas which made it uncomfortable for guests who don't smoke. I did not receive my towels until the following day despite requesting for it at check-in.

What a great romantic escape! The hotel had a really nice and charming facility and was very clean and tidy, which we liked a lot. The key location, near restaurants and shops, made it easy for us to find good meals and fun things to do. Another best aspect was the wonderful orange oil bath products which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were not impressed with the open-air smoking area since it was winter and quite cold to be outside. Maybe a bar like smoking area would have been a better option.

Great staff, clean rooms, helpful service, excellent amenities, beautiful bath products, kid-friendly.

Everything is what i need and want.
